Hello! I am Roseanne the founder of Treasure Fitness. I started Treasure Fitness after going through a personal health crisis.

A regular doctor's appointment turned out to be a pivotal moment in my life. Not only did it scare and shock me to my core, but it got me to change the trajectory of my career...

You see, I had gained extra weight, going up a few flights of stairs was a chore and I would be breathless climbing the stairs. 

I was constantly tired, sleeping to the point of almost depression. I would hide my body with bigger clothes and I hated taking pictures as a result of how my body looked.

I was not happy. I had lost my confidence, my sexy...

It was not until I went to see my doctor for a regular physical exam that I got my wake-up call.

My cholesterol was high. 

I could not believe that in my late  20’s I would have high cholesterol!

In my head, I thought Cholesterol was an ‘old man's disease” So to me, it felt like I was going to die.

I remember asking a lot of questions and DECIDED to ACT! 

I hired a trainer, I learned more about nutrition but it was not until I hired a nutrition coach that my eyes were really open.  My cholesterol numbers dropped and have been low since that initial diagnosis years ago. I lost weight and reached my ideal body composition and have kept it off for over 10 years. 

I got my life back and with my health in control. I found my calling in life and  I decided to help others. I, therefore, started Treasure Fitness out of the desire to help others.

Over a decade later, we have coached thousands of women and helped them lose fat without dieting and they have transformed their lifestyle.
