My story was not as rosy.
I was once medically obese. I used to cover my body with bigger cloths. My energy was low and I had achy knees. Climbing up a couple of stairs in our house would make me breathless; It’s not until I was diagnosis with high cholesterol that I got my wake up call.
I worked hard to transform my mindset, my eating habits and my lifestyle.
My transformation inspired me to want to help other women.
I changed my career and became a certified nutrition and fitness coach to help women lose fat and transform their lives.
