Am I required to work out to lose weight?

 

We encourage movement as part of your lifestyle. We have a bonus module on fitness that you are welcome to follow. Some of our students usually have a fitness program they follow. And we encourage them to continue with that.

Absolutely! In fact, you will learn sound nutrition and mindset principles that you will implement forever without ever worrying about diets.
