Did you know that 52% of women struggle to loss fat as a result of a low metabolism rate?

Learn how to loose fat without dieting.

What is the Biggest Problem When it comes to losing Fat?

The biggest problem I find when women want to lose fat is they think of all the fat/weight they need to lose and this in itself for many disuades, discourages and disrupts them from taking action. Its almost like this analogy of a stair case. You have been told to climb 1000 steps.
When you look at the top of the stair case (your destination) you may get frustrated, overwhelend and then feel like you have a long way to go.
You may feel discouraged, dismayed and it may even disrupt your mind from even beginning to take any action because its a lot of steps to get to the top.
Lets assume you have this energy where you are seeing this large staircase and you get discouraged but you still want to get to the top.

You may decided one of two things.

1. You will climb slowly and surely one step at a time until you get to your destination
Or
2. You may decided to go at it quickly so you get it over with.
If you do take action 2, you most likely will take drastic unsustainable actions.

What Do You Do?

Hurry, Run,  Sprint

What happens with sprinting, you go all out, but you get tired quickly.
When you have a lot of weight to lose, you may be looking at your weight like you’d look at a
long staircase.
When you view it from this viewpoint, then you may make hurried decisions.
If you start too fast, guess what will happen? You will get tired quickly, you will pant, you
may even give up because the stair case looks too far. This is exactly how diets work.
They have you going from zero to 100 quickly. You don’t even have time to think through
clearly why you are being asked to do what has been prescribed.
You get discouraged when you start a diet, you get disrupted because you are probably
being asked to buy foods you are not used to and eventually you become dismayed and
disgruntled by the whole process and maybe even give up.
