Hello, I'm Roseanne
I’m the founder of Treasure Fitness, and a Certified Nutrition Coach with a background in Psychology. I help busy women and moms lose fat so that they can become healthy for themselves and their families.
"My goal is to help you get stronger, leaner, more flexible, lose weight, lose fat, and gain muscle through fitness and nutrition coaching."
I founded Treasure Fitness by Roseanne after struggling with my weight and cholesterol following the birth of my daughter. An alarming visit to my doctor, revealed I had high cholesterol and was at risk of developing other related health issues inspired me to change my lifestyle completely.
Then, I found my passion and became a certified Nutrition and Fitness coach by Precision Nutrition, one of the largest nutrition companies in the US.
I love helping people and I am absolutely excited about the opportunity to help people look and feel totally awesome. Over the past 10 years I have worked with an amazing women and helped them to get in to shape (see their testimonials). My passion is to see you (yes you reading this) get your life in order in terms of health and fitness.

Treasure Fitness helps its clients go through a total transformation using a holistic approach that integrates all three components critical to successful health transformation: fitness, nutrition, a change in lifestyle and mindset.

We have everything mapped out for you – all you need to do is show up ready for an upbeat, challenging and fun workout designed to get you the results you want. Essentially, we become your personal trainer and provide you with a supportive group environment that will help you stay focused and motivated. We guarantee that if you put in the work, the results will follow and within a short period of time you will feel awesome as you begin a journey of total transformation!
