This soup is a favorite when looking to lose weight and or maintain weight. It’s loaded with lots of fiber which helps in your digestion. This soup is loaded minerals with vitamin C making it great for fighting inflammation in the body. The key to a tasty zucchini is using leeks / onions coconut oil salt and pepper Try this at home and let me know how it turns out in the comments below Recipe 6 small zucchini/ Courgette 1 large leek or 1 cup onions 1/4 cup coconut oil Salt and pepper to taste
