It’s recommended to aim for at least 8-10 glasses of water per day. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the day, and make sure to drink water before, during, and after meals.

Here are some tricks to help you drink more water:

  • Set reminders on your phone or use a water-tracking app to remind you to drink water throughout the day
  • Keep a water bottle with you at all times and refill it regularly
  • Add flavor to your water by infusing it with fruits, herbs, or cucumber slices
  • Drink a glass of water before each meal to help curb your appetite
